Whether you are an existing customer or a new one, you need to make a reservation through our reservation system for meeting room usage.
How many people can the meeting room accommodate?
Our meeting rooms come in different sizes and can be organized to accommodate anywhere from 10 to 20 people comfortably. In addition, our 50-person training and seminar rooms are decorated to meet modern and specific technological requirements.
What services are included in the Meeting Room facilities? Is there any audio system and microphone available?
During the meeting, all the equipment you need, such as a projector, LCD screen, flipchart, whiteboard, sound system, and microphone, are provided and set up by Plaza Cubes’ professional IT support team available in-house.
What public transportation options can I use to reach the meeting room?
All of the offices owned by Plaza Cubes are located in the most convenient locations in terms of public transportation, including metro, and are easily accessible by your private vehicle, with the availability of parking and other facilities.
Can I rent a Meeting Room on a monthly and yearly basis?
You can determine the duration in our meeting room rental service. You can rent by the hour, day, week, or for different numbers of people according to your needs.

The pricing for meeting room rentals increases based on the duration of use and the number of people.
Will my guests be greeted by employees in the meeting room?
We offer a guest greeting service at all of our offices located in 4 cities and 12 locations. Even if you are not there, all visitors coming to our office for a meeting are treated as our guests. They are welcomed, directed to the reserved meeting room, and provided with refreshments and service.
